I have been with this surgery for over seven years but, sadly, due to a move out of the county, I will have to change surgeries. My health is not always the best, but the Dr's at Eastwick Park have always been excellent when dealing with my medical needs. I have found the majority of Dr's there to be supportive, caring and willing to take time to listen to you. This is why patients are sometimes left waiting for their appointment time. However, when it is your turn, you appreciate it! It's also worth remebering that their patient numbers are huge! For me, Dr Nussbaum is one of the best GP's at Eastwick Park, along with Dr Martin (who is now semi-retired). However, my partner recently saw a Junior Dr, and the care, knowledge and time he took with him was outstanding. This has led to some excellent aftercare too. Most of the receptionists are very pleasant, particularly Steve, who is always friendly and jovial. I would not hesitate to recommend this surgery to anyone who is moving to the area or, simply moving surgeries. Thank you all at the surgery, I wish I could remain with you as a patient!!

I have never met such a nice and caring group of people. Not only did I get an emergency appointment the same day I registered as a temporary patient they where very nice on the phone. The atmosphere in the surgery was lovely, the receptionist where chatty, approachable and friendly and couldn't do enough to help. The doctor I saw ( Dr Dawson) was very friendly, non-judgmental and a good listener. Even though it was only an emergency appointment she set out a sort of care plan of what step we can take next when I become a full patient.

I haven't had any problem with the GP 'but' the receptionists need to learn the importance of time. Very bad attitudes and no respect for any elderly people. They don't know to prioritize the emergencies, very rude behaviour. They have to be tailed off to change their attitude to others.
